MORE than 150 people attended a street party held by Groundwork to mark its 25th Anniversary.
And special attractions at the Higginshaw jubilee event included a bouncy castle, five-a-side football and face painting as well as arts and crafts and graffiti art.
The Mayor of Oldham, Councillor Shoab Akhtar, and the Mayor of Rochdale, Robin Parker, joined in the colourful celebrations.
Projects included making bottle gardens with the Junior Rangers and fruit skewers with children from Beever Primary School.
Laura Roden, volunteer project manager for Groundwork, said: “The party went really well with more than 150 joining us. Everyone had a good time.”
