Man charged over loud music death

A 27-YEAR-OLD man charged with the manslaughter of Michael Moran appeared before Oldham Magistrates Court yesterday.
James Barfoot, of Lancing Walk, Chadderton, has been remanded in custody until August 26 when he appears at Crown Square Manchester.
Mr Moran (63), of Lancing Walk, died after receiving a blow to the head when he asked a neighbour to turn down loud music just before midnight on Saturday.
