A Delph man has now been charged with fraud after he allegedly sent faxes to 500 Ryder & Dutton clients claiming the estate agents was being wound up.
Martin Frostick (52), of Newbarn, said at Oldham Magistrates’ Court yesterday that he would plead not guilty to the charge, which replaces an early charge of harassment.
The case was adjourned until October 7 when it will be committed to the Crown Court in Manchester. Frostick was remanded on bail.
