A-level stories of the day
A LAW career beckons after North Chadderton pupil James Currie chalked up four A grades and B in his A-levels.
The 18-year-old, from Firwood Park, Chadderton, excelled in politics, English language, ICT, general studies and history, earning him a place at Warwick University.
He also received an A at AS level and said: “I am feeling pretty good. I probably did a bit better than I expected.”
Other North Chadderton pupils who are celebrating include Andrew Bridge with three As and Laura Gallagher with two As and two Bs plus a C at AS level.
