TWO teenagers arrested in connection with a match day attack at Werneth Cricket and Bowling Club have been re-bailed until October 16.
Trouble flared on Saturday, June 28, when a 63-year-old man was left with broken fingers and a 57-year-old was kicked in his legs and punched in the face.
Cricketers playing on the next field intervened and held the offenders down until police arrived.
An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were arrested and originally bailed until August 22. They will now answer bail on October 16 to allow for further police inquiries.
