UNIVERSITY Centre Oldham has opened its doors to students interested in its flagship digital journalism course.
Prospective students toured the £5million media centre, which is due to open later this month.
The degree will prepare future journalists for careers in radio, television and the growing sphere of internet news, as well as teach interviewing skills, media law and script writing.
It is hoped students will be encouraged by the BBC’s move to Salford and the career opportunities that should bring.
