A TORY MP with years of experience at the top was guest speaker at the Oldham West and Royton Conservative Association annual dinner.
Lady Ann Winterton, who has been MP for Congleton since 1983 and has served on the opposition front bench, spoke at the event at Chadderton’s Bower Hotel.
