Manslaughter charge

A MAN was to appear at Oldham Magistrates’ Court today charged in connection with the death of Tony Sellars (26) who was assaulted in Fitton Hill last weekend.
He was taken to hospital with head injuries in the early hours of Sunday after the incident in South Croft, but died on Tuesday.
Ryan Hobin (20), of Glebe Street, Chadderton, has been charged with manslaughter.
