Beer festival

BEER-LOVERS in Oldham will be able to taste their way through a wide range of ales from all over the world starting tomorrow.

A two-week beer festival with more than 50 different real ales on sale will be held at the Upsteps Inn, High Street, until November 16.

Spokesman Ben Plunkett said: “A lot of these brews are brewed only for J D Wetherspoon and all the staff and managers here are committed to making this our best festival ever.”
