PERFECT party shoes . . . Oxfam manager Gail Jackson with the Jimmy Choo’s
“SEX and the City” glamour has hit Yorkshire Street as the race to bag the perfect party shoes steps forward.
Anyone who has ever dreamed of owning their very own Jimmy Choo’s can bid for this spectacular pair from tomorrow.
Jimmy Choo himself donated the pink £320 size-sevens to Oldham’s Oxfam store. Staff are now launching a week-long silent auction to find their new owner.
Manager Gail Jackson said: “These are the perfect shoes for all those Christmas parties. So if you want the chance to own them for yourself, simply visit us in the shop with your bid — which must be more than £70 — and put it together with your contact details in an envelope. The money we raise will go towards helping Oxfam campaigns nationwide.”
The silent auction starts tomorrow and runs until noon the following Friday.
