The pink crowd

FUN-LOVING Oldhamers have been painting the town pink today in a bid to beat breast cancer.
Legal eagles at Harold Stock and Co Solicitors, Mossley, were among those who added a splash of colour to their outfits for the annual Wear it Pink Day.
Shocking neons to cute pastels were dug out as people across the borough — including Oldham Chronicle staff — turned up for work wearing an array of eye-catching outfits in aid of the Breast Cancer Campaign.
And for some it was the more outrageous the better with crazy costumes, fluffy feather boas, twinkling tiaras and wacky wigs. People who dared to wear pink today made a £2 donation.
