Artists’ festive bazaar

GET the festive season off to an arty start at the Woodend Artists Winter Art Bazaar and Exhibition.
The event will be held on November 29 and 30 at Woodend Mill, Manchester Road, Mossley.
The 19th century cotton mill is home to more than 30 artists and this will be their first group show.
The exhibition will showcase the work of over 15 local artists displayed in a gallery created specifically for the event.
Visitors will ALSO have the opportunity to talk to the artists and buy festive gifts created by local artists.
During the event local bands will provide entertainment and many of the artists’ studios will be open to the public.
The group is also running a raffle in aid of Willow Wood Hospice. Each artist will create a unique festive bauble which can only be won by taking part in the raffle.
