THE skies may be dull, but the children were glowing with festive cheer as a series of Christmas fairs took place across the borough.
Santa dusted down his famous red suit and winged his way to Oldham as visitors flocked to Foxdenton Hall and St Mary’s School, Greenfield, for a Yuletide bonanza.
Mince pies, fun raffles and glasses of mulled wine were also in full swing at the Pavillion in Garden Suburb, the Holy Trinity Church in Bardsley and the Trinity Church in Waterhead.
