Miller in the dock

KITCHEN trader Vance Miller will appear at Manchester’s Minshull Street Crown Court today in a five-day trial relating to mini-moto bikes seized at Maple Mill, Hathershaw in November, 2006.
The 43-year-old, who runs Rock Solid Kitchens, denies importation and distribution of dangerous quad bikes. He faces four charges of possessing a dangerous product to be placed on the market and four charges of failing to take safety measures and one charge of breaching a suspension order.
