IT'S all about the tactics... the triumphant winners show off their silverware
PUPILS at Hulme Court Preparatory school proved they have got checkmate down to a fine art after storming a school’s chess competition.
The boys took home the Association of Junior Independent Schools chess shield and the gold medal after they pit their wits against the Bolton Boy’s School, the King’s School, Chester and the Westholme School in the competition at Hulme Grammar School.
