MARVELLOUS musicians from three schools in Oldham took to the stage during a joint Christmas concert.
Pupils and staff from St Augustine’s and St Patrick’s school in Werneth, and Corpus Christi School, Chadderton, joined forces for the event.
Parents watching the concert — staged at St Augustine’s — were entertained by singers, soloists, musicians and actors.
Orchestra director Annabel Revell said: “There was 54 people in the joint orchestra including head teachers and other staff.
“There was a wide range of music performed, including two Year 10 boys who played electric violins.
“It was a great production by everyone and a good way to get all three schools together.”
