CAROLE Scholes — and treat
CAROLE Scholes is hoping her home-made Christmas ice cream will send her customers financial worries into meltdown.
She has launched a special credit-crunching ice cream — made from delicious honeycomb.
It is the latest in her popular Grandpa Greene’s luxury range of ices she sells in Diggle.
Customers can already sample Christmas pudding-flavoured ices, as well as mince pie, cinnamon, whiskey and ginger, white mint and Saddleworth mascarpone spice.
She said: “The honeycomb flavour, mixed into the ice cream, has a sharp but warm taste — ideal for frosty conditions.”
