Passports theft: three charged

THREE men have been charged with handling stolen goods following the theft of passports worth £2.5 million went missing from a Chadderton printers.
Muneer Hussain (29) of Dearnalay Way, Oldham, Jawad Karim (18) of Vicarage Street, Oldham, and Mohammed Shanawaz (23) of Old Lane, Chadderton, were arrested on the M62 at 7pm on Sunday.
The charges come after 3,000 blank passports destined for embassies abroad went missing en route from 3M Security Printing and Systems in Chadderton to RAF Northolt in the early hours of July 28, last year.
