A DISHY actor is hosting a glamorous ladies night filled with cocktails, pampering and dancing to raise money for charity.
Serving up the treats will be Failsworth’s Daniel Jillings, who is in rehearsals for the controversial new play “The Paperboy” with Chadderton actress Suranne Jones and “Shameless” actors William Rush and Anthony Crank.
Among David’s credits are parts in “Emmerdale”, “Coronation Street” and “The Royal”.
Last year, he set up Together Aware which organises events throughout the year to raise funds and awareness of good causes.
The Ladies Luxury Evening — which will be held at The Living Room, Deansgate, Manchester, on February 5 — is his next venture.
All money raised on the night will go to Children With Leukaemia, DebRA, The Rainbow Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Daniel (27) formed Together Aware after attending charity events as a guest and deciding to have a go himself.
His first major function was a gala dinner dance at Old Trafford in June which brought together the worlds of soap, sport and music to raise money for the Everyman Male Cancer Campaign and Ovarian Cancer Action.
Daniel, a former pupil at Failsworth School, said: “We strive to make an impression on everyone who comes to our events and use our imagination to raise awareness of the charity that each event is in aid of.
“We try and inject a sprinkle of fun into all events after putting in so much passion and dedication.”
Daniel is now in the process of setting up a Together Aware football team.

The Paperboy will be staged at the Deaf Institute in Manchester from February 8-11. Call 0161-832 1111 for tickets.
