Penk’s radio revolution

THE number of listeners tuning into 96.2FM The Revolution rose by 10.5 per cent in the last quarter of 2008, according to the latest Rajar survey into radio listening.
The station for Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside, relaunched in September and is owned by radio and television presenter Steve Penk. He said: “This is an unequivocal vote of confidence in the new format.”
