ALL together now . . . mascots Moonchester and Fred the Red entertain Alysha and Marcel Davies with Britannia’s Leanne Mills
YOUNG fans of City and United are putting rivalries to one side to share in half-term antics.
The Britannia Building Society is uniting the blue and red halves of Manchester with some football fun days and the chance to win a shirt signed by City star Stephen Ireland or Old Trafford hero Cristiano Ronaldo.
Youngsters enjoyed the visit of Moonchester — City’s official mascot, and United’s Fred the Red at the Oldham branch on Albion Street yesterday. There’s another chance to join in the fun and take part in the competition on Thursday at the Chadderton branch.
Britannia’s Oldham branch manager, Sarah Marrow, said: “We are delighted to offer young fans the chance to enjoy half-term football fun in five of our branches.
