YIPPEE! . . . May Mellor celebrates hitting the target.
PENSIONERS got to grips with the latest technology in a bid to keep their minds and bodies active.
An event organised by First Choice Homes and Oldham Athletic at Walkers Road community centre in Hollins saw elderly tenants learning how to use a Nintendo Wii.
Regular sessions are to be organised at locations across the borough to make sure that residents of all ages experience some form of physical activity.
And judging from the excitement some of the players certainly managed to get the hang of the ten-pin bowling.
Strike it lucky!
