THE Police cannabis haul
A 20-year-old man has been arrested after police found 120 bags of cannabis (pictured left) at his home in Fitton Hill.
The police swooped on his house in McKie Close as part of Operation Victoria, designed to stamp out anti-social behaviour and other crimes in the Fitton Hill area.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and has been bailed until April 30, pending further inquiries.
Sergeant Trevor Harrison, from the Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “This shows that we will act on information passed to us. If anyone else has any information, please do get in touch.”
