Musical masterpiece

INTERNATIONAL soloists will join Oldham Choral Society to perform a Bach masterpiece at one of Ashton’s most beautiful buildings.
Soprano Nicola Howard, alto Adrienne Murray, tenor Huw Rhys-Evans, baritone David Usher and bass Arwel Huw Morgan will sing alongside trebles from Hulme Grammar School choir and organist Angela Lloyd-Mostyn.
They will perform “St Matthew Passion” at the Albion United Reformed Church, Stamford Street East, at 7pm on Sunday, April 5.
