JACK’S Mannequin will play an exclusive gig at Academy 3 in Manchester tomorrow to celebrate the release of new album “The Glass Passenger”.
Frontman Andrew McMahon filled debut album “Everything in Transit” with confessional piano driven tracks influenced by his Orange County upbringing.
He was struck down with leukaemia in 2005 but recovered fully thanks to a stem cell transplant from his sister.
“The Glass Passenger” charts Andrew’s thought process after recovery.
He said: “The completion of this album and its release represents the closing of a chapter.”
