A 19-year-old man was due to appear before Oldham magistrates today following an attack which left a man with a fractured skull.
Andrew Cook, of Chapel Road, Hollinwood, was charged with grievous bodily harm and breaching an anti-social behaviour order following the assault which also left the victim with bleeding on the brain.
