Hills are alive with talent

AUDITIONS have started for a talent show which is bringing variety theatre back to Saddleworth.
Seven entrants tripped the boards at Boarshurst Band Club for the first heat of auditions over a fortnight in the Saddleworth’s Got Talent contest.
Younger contestants included Dominique Ward (11) and her dancing partner Emma Ashley (11) and the youngest competitor Ryan Ashley (7) all of Greenfield.
Together with singers Kenny Scott, Josie Broadbent, Ryan Brogan and Jonathan Bergin, acoustic soloist, they all qualified for the quarter finals in May.
