Latics coach firm hits the skids
Date published: 13 March 2009
REPLACEMENT coaches have been laid on for Latics fans heading to Milton Keynes this weekend after the club’s coach provider was placed into administration.
Blackburn-based Fraser Eagle ceased trading after being places into administration earlier this week.
Supporters booked on official club transport for the game against MK Dons were reassured that they would still be able travel.
Oldham Athletic officials drafted in another coach company for this weekend’s match, and an alternative team coach supplier has been found.
A club spokesman said: “We have reacted quickly to the unfortunate problems facing Fraser Eagle to ensure our service to supporters.
“We will be taking bookings for future trips as normal using a new coach company if Fraser Eagle remains unavailable.”
