THE newest members of Failsworth royalty have been officially announced as preparations get into full swing for the summer carnival.

The carnival queens and princesses will have a busy year ahead with their crowning moment being the carnival weekend on July 18-19. The line-up is Princess Isobel Allen, Junior Queen Elect Lauren Higgins, Princess Elect Sammy-Jo Proctor, Queen Elect Keighley Higgins, Rosebud Elect Georgia Davies-Brown, Junior Queen Amy Radford and Personality Junior Queen Elect Brenna Cooper. Since the selection, Georgia Davies-Brown has stepped down.
