TWO men convicted of causing a crash that left one woman permanently disabled and two others seriously injured will be sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on April 24.
Lee Unwin (37), of Oriel Close, Chadderton, was convicted of dangerous driving last Thursday after a four-day trial.
Joel Wharmby (24), of Victoria Street, Littleborough, had earlier pleaded guilty to the same offence.
Unwin was riding a Suzuki motorbike and Wharmby driving a Noble M12 GTO as they sped down Manchester Road through Shaw on Saturday, September 29 last year.
The car hit a Renault Clio, throwing three of its women passengers from the vehicle and leaving them critically injured.
