Fun Day at the Link Centre.
A FUN day at Oldham’s Link Centre for families with disabled children proved a huge success.
More than 250 children and adults joined in the event. described by one of the organisers, Zoe Thompson, as “a great day”.
The event was organised by the Education Consortium in Oldham, which represents a number of groups which support and work with families affected by autism, dyspraxia and Asperger’s syndrome.
“It gave us chance to talk to families about what they need and about the gaps in services locally”, said Zoe.
