Casey takes on royal role

A ROYAL welcome was given to Failsworth Carnival’s new Rosebud Elect.
Casey Parnell will join Failsworth Carnival Princess Isobel Allen and her five royal friends when she undertakes a range of duties including attending Failsworth Carnival weekend on July 18-19.
The youngster took over from Georgia Davies-Brown, who stood down from the post of Rosebud Elect.
