Eunice tots up 104

HAPPY birthday . . . Eunice Lunn is 104 today

EUNICE Lunn is well known for her cheeky sense of humour, feisty spirit and lust for life.
Today she will celebrate her 104th birthday with family and close friends at Ashbourne House in Lees New Road, Holts, where she has lived for the past seven years.

Eunice is originally from Holyhead in Wales but spent most of her life inWhalley Range. She became a nurse at 18 and later trained as a health visitor.

After the Second World War, she met her late husband Hubert and the pair tied the knot in the 1950s.

Eunice attributes her longevity to regular sing-alongs and an occasional tot of sherry.
