A TOTAL of 123 out of work Oldhamers — unemployed for at least six months — are celebrating after landing jobs.
They will work in the new Tesco store which opens in Huddersfield Road next month after graduating from the eight-week Passport to Employment training programme.
The scheme covered areas such as food hygiene and handling, health and safety, consumer law, communication skills, team work, self-confidence building and work experience at Tesco’s Failsworth branch.
