Staff from the Oldham Play Action Group and the ROC help youngsters to get crafty
YOUNGSTERS got creative with all manner of weird and wacky materials for a school holiday activity session at the Radclyffe Outreach Centre.
The children transformed wool, card, cloth and paper into bendy models, spiders and webs, puppets and wooden plaques as part of the arts and craft session, run by the Oldham Play Action Group (OPAG).
OPAG takes play opportunities around the borough and the school holiday craft sessions were among many activities for children and adults regularly run from the ROC.
Centre manager Vicky Carr said: “The centre was full every day while the sessions were taking place and they went down a storm with the children.
“The atmosphere was buzzing and everyone had a really brilliant time making some fantastic items.”
