FLIPPIN’ HECK! But the driver walked away unhurt
A DRIVER walked away unscathed from this spectacular crash in Oldham Road, Delph.
The Vauxhall flipped over on to its roof in a collision with a parked Skoda, which was pushed into a wall and badly damaged.
The A62 Oldham-Huddersfield road was closed for about half an hour after the incident near Stoneswood.
Firefighters and police teams rushed to the scene to discover the driver had already got himself out.
A local, who did not want to be named, said: “At first it looked very serious. The cars were severely damaged and there was fuel all over the road.”
