Motobike crash charge

A MAN has been charged following a collision between a mini-motobike and a boy (7) in Werneth.
Shane Hayes (19), of Chestnut Close, Oldham, has been charged with driving without due care and attention, using a vehicle without insurance and driving without a licence.
Police were called to Park Street, Werneth, at around 7.50pm on Monday following reports of an accident. The boy was taken to hospital with minor injuries and later discharged.
Hayes is due to appear at Oldham Magistrates Court on May 25.
