Mission reunion

OLDHAM Town Mission is celebrating 150 years of Christian work this year.

Anyone who attended Mount Pleasant Mission, Lees Road, Clarksfield, or the former Grosvenor Hall Mission, Ward Street, Oldham, is invited to a reunion next week.

The mission has spent decades looking after the poor, holding prayers and Bible studies at the two venues.

The reunion is being held at Mount Pleasant on Saturday, May 30, at 2.30pm, and again the following day at 11am.
