DELTA cars proved its firmly on the road to success as it scooped top marks in a new council rating system.
The Huddersfield Road company earned four stars from Oldham Council, a feat also achieved by Cartax, of High Street, Lees.
The top rating shows that a company not only has excellent customer service and driver knowledge, but that it has introduced a vehicle testing contract into the running of the firm, in addition to the existing council test, and has a percentage of drivers trained in first aid.
