Singers hit right at QE Hall

Brigham Young University Singers at the Queen Elizabeth Hall
OLDHAM played host to the world famous Brigham Young University Singers, from Utah.
They performed at the Queen Elizabeth Hall as part of a UK tour that also includes the prestigious Cork International Choral Festival in Ireland.
The choir was led by Ronald Staheli, a distinguished leader of choral conductors in America.
The singers are from the School of Music at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, which has more than 30,000 students from all parts of the US and 120 other countries.
The 41 strong choir also perform annually with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
