Gun found in raid

POLICE raided a Glodwick business armed with specially trained dogs after a warrant was issued on the premises.
Officers and PCSOs cordoned off the area surrounding Elliotts Car Hire in Park Road at 9.15am yesterday when they found a handgun.
A 34-year-old man was arrested today in connection with the incident and bailed until June.
Inquiries are ongoing.
