Mobile mountain a scary challenge
Date published: 25 May 2009
Youngsters proved they weren’t faint-hearted when it came to scaling the heights.
Members of Werneth and Freehold Project’s junior club got the chance to put their mountaineering skills to the test on a mobile wall.
Youth worker Beth Sutcliffe said: “The wall was provided by Oldham Community Leisure and the children absolutely loved it. We couldn’t get them off at the end of the session.
“We are trying to get them to try out something different each week.”
