Yorkshire Day to remember

FOOD, fun and frolics will be the order of the day when Saddleworthians celebrate Yorkshire Day.
The event will start at 9.30am on Sunday, August 2, at the museum car park in Uppermill, with a performance by Diggle Brass Band.
The band will then lead a parade along High Street to the King George Playing Fields.
Attractions on the day include a duck race, clowns, farm animals, bouncy castle, demonstrations and stalls.
