Working with animals
Date published: 18 June 2009
A County Durham-based charity, the National Animal Sanctuaries Support League, plans to open a branch in the Oldham area and is looking for staff.
The charity says it operates a network of foster homes to place rescued animals with responsible people. It also rescues and pays for veterinary treatment to injured wildlife, and aids other sanctuaries or individuals involved in animal welfare. The NASSL is at PO Box 42, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, DL5 5JA.
