Lions dinner a roaring success

OLDHAM Lions marked a milestone with a 35th anniversary dinner at Saddleworth Golf Club.
The group formed in 1974 to serve the community and is made up of volunteers who raise money for various good causes. Oldham Mayor Councillor Jim McArdle and consort Councillor Kay Knox attended to congratulate members on their hard work for others.
