OUT of Africa . . . Hannah-Marie Shelmerdine with the stand
STUDENTS are getting a taste of Africa as Oldham Sixth Form College celebrates its One World Week.
A stand showcasing African products is just one of the attractions at the annual event to raise awareness of personal, local and global issues.
Throughout this week, organisations ranging from Greenpeace to Oldham Interfaith Forum will have stalls in college highlighting a range of issues such as fire prevention, road safety, stopping smoking, recycling and overseas aid.
