A DELPH business proved the worthy winner of the Rotary Club of Oldham’s Community Service Shield for 2009.

Inclusive Technology provides software to help people with special needs to communicate.

The shield was awarded in recognition of their outstanding community service to Oldham and beyond.

Martin Littler, chairman and CEO Inclusive Technology, said he was delighted to receive the award.

He said: “It is a pleasure to be based in the beautiful Saddleworth area of Oldham and even better to be able to put something back — to support the local community as well as national initiatives to help children with special needs.”
