Railings replaced

Historic railings around the Lyceum building in Oldham are being replaced after a car crash.
The railings and boundary wall on the Clegg Street side of the Grade II listed building were damaged in the collision.
The £18,000 contract will be carried out by specialist company Dorothea Restoration of Whaley Bridge.
