Family show has the lot!

ALL the fun of the fair is promised at Shaw and Crompton’s annual family weekend.

A host of attractions from classic cars to rock climbing have been organised by the parish council for the popular event on Saturday and Sunday.

And a funfair will also be in the Market Place car park throughout the weekend.

On Saturday, Crompton and Royton Rotary Club will have farmers’ market stalls in the Market Place. Meanwhile there will be rock climbing, train rides and a scooter club in Market Street, with Madd For Dance entertaining people at 2pm.

Then on Sunday, people can catch a classic vehicle rally in Market Street where Oldham Scottish Pipe Band will play at around 12.30pm.

People can also bag a bargain in the Market Place from 11am to 3pm, with a charity market featuring more than 24 stalls from various good causes.
