RACHEL Diamond (7) inspects flowers in the church
BEAUTIFUL blooms and dazzling displays filled St Margaret’s Church, Hollinwood, during its flower festival.
“A Journey in Faith” celebrated the spiritual and secular life of the church as it marked its 240th anniversary. Friends and parishioners designed the many displays that decorated the church. They ranged from a display marking Hollinwood industries, a heaven-inspired creation on the high altar, and a celebration of Christmas through flowers. Visitors included the Bishop of Beverley, Rt Rev Martyn Jarrett.
